Ever seen the show Kitchen Nightmares? This show should definitely be nominated! The food wasn't good. The "steamed vegetables" seemed like they had been microwaved straight out of the frozen bag they came in, my salad did not come out as ordered, we waited for over an hour for a food and the restaurant was by no means busy. Then, when we complained about our service the quality of our food, the manager (i think that's what she was as it was not apparent who the actual manager was) had the balls to argue with us! Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! Whether the customer is off-base or not, they should not be argued with as this girl did.

Good food & lots of it at reasonable prices but don't expect to find anything healthy or light on the menu. Service was adequate and friendly. The place is very noisy.

been there several times and i cant believe the portion size this place has for the prices!! unbelievable how this place makes money. however, i must have the best luck because i frequent this restaurant at least once a week for the past 2 years and have not had a bad experience with the staff yet. be prepared to wait but trust me once you get your table it is well worth it!

enjoyed this restaurant, the food was fabulose, portions where huge, great tastes, service and wonderful atmosphere, low price for great meals I can't wait to go again

Inexcusably bad food!!! So overcooked one could only taste charcoal! Service was atrocious!! Actually had to get up myself to retrieve a pitcher of the iced tea sitting on wood ledge while waiter was talking to a waitress for so long it was ridiculous!
